In-Home and Facility Visits

Meeting you where you are

Estate planning counsel for families in Bangor and nearby communities across Maine.

Legal protection shouldn't depend on your mobility.

When health changes, temporary physical limitations, or mobility challenges make an office visit difficult, getting your estate plan in order shouldn't feel out of reach. We believe everyone deserves direct, dignified access to legal counsel, regardless of where they reside.

Whether you are recovering at home, residing in a residential care community, or navigating a short-term rehabilitation stay, we come directly to you. We regularly coordinate in-home and facility visits throughout Greater Bangor to discuss your goals in comfort, review documents in person, and handle formal execution and notarization right at your bedside or in a private meeting area.

How Mobile Appointments Work:

  • Comfortable Consultation: We meet at your home, hospital room, or care facility to walk through your options without rushing.
  • Coordination with Family & Care Teams: With your permission, we coordinate visit logistics with family members, social workers, or facility administrators to ensure visits fit smoothly into your routine.
  • Turnkey Document Execution: We bring all necessary execution materials, including witnesses and notary services, directly to your location so your documents are legally finalized with full confidence.
